Exchange of Goods will be strictly limited to 14 days from date of receipt of goods. The customer will incur all Postage and Handling costs. Please contact us immediately to advise us that you wish to exchange goods. Should the preferred colour/size not be in stock, a credit will arise for the said amount. In the event that the preferred colour/size is in stock, it will be despatched to you upon receipt of the original purchased item/s.

Refunds will only be allowed if the purchased item/s are faulty and all postage and handling costs are at the expense of the customer.

(Off-line Customers)

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your preferred choice is forwarded to you within the said delivery period, there may be occasions whereby the limited item has been sold prior to your order/payment reaching us. In this instance, we encourage you to fill in the ‘2 nd ' choice section of the order form. Should your second choice also be sold out prior to your order/payment reaching us, we will kindly contact you and advise you of this. You can choose to receive a credit with A Bee See Kidstuff for the said amount, or have the said amount returned to you.

Should you require a full refund on your purchase, all postage and handling costs will be incurred by you and the balance will be forwarded to your nominated account/address once A Bee See Kidstuff has received the items (tags and receipt attached).
