Payment Methods

These are the available payment methods for online orders:

  • Paypal (visa, mastercard or paypal account)
  • Bank Deposit (to Australian account)
  • Check/Money Order (Within Australia only)

These are the available payment methods for offline orders:

  • Credit card (visa, bankcard, mastercard)
  • Bank Deposit
  • Check/Money Order

Please note that the order will not be processed until payment is received.

Order Offline - Step by Step

For your convenience we have included an offline ordering system. This is to be used if you have personal issues with online processing of your details. Our online system is secure, however we believe the customer has the right to choose.

Step 1

  • Click on any of the "Order Offline" links, which are located on the top-right underneath the header logo (see image 1) or in the information box (bottom-left).
  • The offline form will now open in a new window.

Step 2

  • On the top of the form you will find several rows, where you fill in the details about the products you would like to order. (see image 2)
  • Please note there is a "2nd Preference" row for each product. Please use this to make your ordering quick and easy if stock is unavailable.
  • Please fill in ALL the details that apply to each product.
  • The "calculate subtotal" button will simply add up the cost of the products you have entered so far.

Step 3

  • Once you have finished filling in the products you wish to order, scroll down to enter your personal details. (see image 3)
  • First you need to select the zone you would like your package to be delivered to. (first arrow on image 3)
  • Then click the "calculate total button" , this will add the "postage & handling" to your subtotal and display your "total amount".
  • Enter your details (or the details of the person you wish to send the order to).
  • After that, please select a "payment method". (the last 3 arrows on image 3).
  • You should now be ready to print off the form (or fax directly from your computer). We recommend to print preveiw to make sure the form fits within the A4 page. If not, please select "landscape" print layout in your settings.

Postage & Delivery

  • A Bee See Kidstuff deliver worldwide!
  • Please note that the order will not be processed until payment is received.
  • The postage and handling fees will be calculated during the check-out process based on delivery zone.

Order Online - Step by Step

A Bee See Kidstuff online shop is VERY easy to use!

Step 1

  • Browse the different categories, we have clothes, accessories and bedroom decor.
  • Click on the product images to view more details about each product.
  • Every time you find a product of your liking, click the "add to cart" button (see arrow image 4) .
  • Your shopping cart is always visible on the right hand side of each page. To see more details about the products in your cart, click on the " >>" button. (see image 5)
  • When you have finished shopping, simply click the "check out" button in the shopping cart. (see image 5)
  • If you are not currently logged in, you will be asked to either "log in" or "create an account". more... (see image 6)
  • Log in.

Step 2

  • Your default registered address will come up as delivery address, however you have the option to change that delivery address (excellent to send someone a present!). (see image 7 first arrow)
  • The postage and handling fee will be calculated and displayed based on your chosen delivery address. (see image 7 - second arrow)
  • Throughout the check-out process it is easy to go back to previous steps. ( see image 7 - bottom arrow)
  • Click continue.

Step 3

  • Your different payment options will be displayed. (see image 8)
  • Please choose one by clicking the "radio buttons".
  • Click continue.

Step 5

  • Now a summary of your selections will be shown.
  • Review details to make sure everything is correct.
  • Then click "confirm order" .

Step 6

  • If you have chosen the Paypal payment option you will be redirected to the paypal checkout, where you will pay in AUS dollars. (see image 9)

Step 7

  • Once the screen with " Your Order Has Been Processed!" comes up - you are done!
  • Remember that your order will not be processed until we have received your payment.

Create an Account

To register an account is very easy. (see image 10)

WE WILL NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS TO ANY 3rd PARTIES!

All you do is:

  • fill out your postal address (where we can send your orders).
  • your contact phone number (in case we need to contact you about your order).
  • your email (functions as username when logging in).
  • and a password (at least 5 characters).

Once you have an account you can easily manage your details and view your orders.
