About our Bedroom Décor:

As a mum, at first I battled with getting her to sleep! Then I battled with getting her to eat, then I battled with outbursts for no reason , then I battled with doing it on my own , then I battled with social behaviour and ..the list goes on, eczema, possible asthma, stress, constipation, I researched so much through books, the Internet, friends etc. But then I explored colour therapy and realized, that for centuries colours have been used as a submissive, natural therapy and have been known to aid and assist in a myriad of ways.

What colours do your children see when they wake up? Are they stimulated or angered? Does your child have trouble sleeping, eating, or concentrating? Is confidence, and self esteem important to you as a parent? Colours can be responsible for promoting well-being in our lives. No doubt, you, like all of us, want only the best for our kids.
